Pincode — is a new no-fee real estate marketplace in India. They provide buyers with a direct connection to the builder also offering cashback. We designed a website and a design system.

People can search for the BHKs* in certain cities of India, as well as see the most popular/trending regions and projects, according to the choice.
*BHK stands for Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen. A widespread term on the Asia real estate market.
Buildings catalogue
No need to have an account to bookmark and apply for the home purchase.
Bookmarks are saved in the session and can be mirrored to an account when created.
The building page has all necessary info to make a decision.
A savings calculator shows how less can be spent just by avoiding the broker fee.
Passwordless authorization
An account can be created via a magic-link sent to the email or phone number.
Same method is used for signing in.
Acccount
Plain simple. If the avatar is not set, user sees the initials.
